About this session
Most conversations about COVID stop at Long COVID. This session goes further: what repeated reinfection actually costs over time, and what mitigation returns once you put real numbers to it. Marty Pack, M.A. · Exec MPA, a subject matter expert in regulatory affairs for Long COVID biorisk and biosafety, created the COVID Mitigation ROI Economic Model, grounded in 121 peer reviewed sources and standard federal cost benefit methodology, with its methodology aligned with and verified through the OECD's framework, confirmed April 2026. She delivered the model to Senate HELP Committee health advisors in March 2026 and remains in active engagement with Senator Sanders' health team. A Maryland adaptation developed for a state client returned more than twenty three dollars in social welfare value for every dollar invested, showing the framework can be tuned to one jurisdiction's own exposure and budget.
